Due to the ongoing construction of the sewerage system in the village of Svinošice, line 152 in the direction to Blansko will not serve the stop Svinošice, náves. Connections serving the Svinošice, náves stop will serve the Svinošice stop on the main road. From the stop Lipůvka, ZŠ they will therefore follow the local road in Lipůvka and then the road II/379 identically as most of the standard connections of line 152.

In the direction to Kuřim, all connections run along the standard route and will not be affected by the closure.
