Are you a school and going on a trip with your children? Are you going with friends to explore the beauty of South Moravia? Do you want to be sure that you can all fit on the train or bus? In that case, you must register your trip in advance. Groups of more than 10 people are obliged to inform us at least 10 days before the planned trip.

Is it always necessary to report a group?
Groups of up to 10 people do not need to be notified in advance. If more than one of you is travelling, it is necessary to report your trip at least 10 days in advance so that we can concentrate all requests and make the necessary transport arrangements.
Otherwise you risk not being transported! At any given time, the connection may be carrying another large group that will have a trip announced. It is not necessary to report the transport of standard-sized groups in Brno public transport (typically a school class). Due to the high frequency of connections, we recommend splitting into several smaller groups.

If you will be travelling on an IDS JMK connection on your return journey, please also report it.
Can we refuse to transport the group?
Yes, this can also happen, especially if you announce your intention to travel too late, or if you report the group in a different way than via our form. You will be notified by email if your group is denied travel. Reinforcement of transport is possible only in the case of departure times according to the timetables of a particular line. It is not possible to add a bus at the time you specify.
You reported the group on time, what's next?
If you have notified us in time of your intention to travel, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You can count on increased connections if you receive confirmation from us. Your colleagues will then check the availability of the connection you want to use and, if necessary, arrange for a reinforcement connection. Please take the e-mail you receive from us with you when you travel, it will serve as a confirmation for the driver that you are a registered group! When travelling by bus and the line has been confirmed to be reinforced, please use the bus marked POSILOVÝ VŮZ if available. Otherwise, use the standard bus.
Where can I buy tickets?
Purchase travel documents for group transport via the app IDS JMK Poseidon, possibly through e-shop. In both cases, you receive or can generate a tax receipt. If you can't use either of these options, you can use traditional ticketing methods. Group tickets and seating tickets cannot be purchased in the IDS JMK system!
Cancellation of an already reported group
If you decide to cancel or change your trip, click on group travel form and in the upper right go to the section |ORDER MANAGEMENT|. By entering the 5 digit code (you received it when reporting the group) you can edit your path.
