In that case, it is necessary to notify us in advance about your trip. Groups of more than 10 people are required to inform us no later than 10 days before the planned journey.

It is not necessary to notify us in advance for groups of up to 10 people. However, if you are traveling with more than 10 people, it is necessary to notify us at least 10 days in advance so that we can consolidate all requests and make necessary transportation arrangements. Otherwise, you risk not being accommodated! At the time of your travel, there may be another large group with a confirmed reservation. Standard-sized groups in Brno public transportation (typically school classes) do not require notification. Due to the frequency of connections, we recommend dividing into smaller groups.
Submitting a group notification does not automatically guarantee approval of transportation. Please wait for an informational email, which will be sent to you after reviewing all the circumstances of your trip. If your trip is rejected, group transportation cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, we recommend contacting a private carrier who can transport you to your destination at contractual rates. However, you will not be accommodated on regular routes.

If the travel is approved by our colleagues, there is nothing stopping you from traveling. The driver will also take your group into account and will receive basic information about the group.
Yes, it can happen, especially if you announce your travel too late or if you notify the group through a different means than our form. You will be notified by email about any travel rejections. Additional transportation is only possible according to the departure times specified in the specific line's timetable. It is not possible to provide a bus at a specific time requested by you.
If you have notified us of your travel plans in advance, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect additional transportation if you receive the relevant confirmation from us. Subsequently, our colleagues will check the occupancy of the connection you wish to use and arrange additional transportation if necessary. Please take the email you receive from us with you during your journey as confirmation for the driver that you are a registered group! When traveling by bus and with confirmed additional transportation, please use the bus labeled POSILOVÝ VŮZ, if it is provided. Otherwise, use a standard bus.
Purchase tickets for group transportation through the IDS JMK Poseidon application or via the e-shop. In both cases, you will receive or can generate a tax receipt. If you are unable to use either of these options, you can use traditional methods of purchasing tickets. You cannot purchase group tickets or reserved seat tickets through the IDS JMK system!
Cancellation of a Registered Group
If you decide to cancel or change your travel plans, click on the group travel form and go to the "|SPRÁVA OBJEDNÁVEK|" section in the upper right corner. By entering the 5-digit code (received during group registration), you can edit your travel details. Please also inform us of any changes in the number of passengers for an already approved transportation.
