Contact Centers of IDS JMK

Contact Centers of IDS JMK handle inquiries regarding electronic ticket subscriptions, assist with the purchase of electronic tickets, and provide advice on travel while helping you find the most convenient connections. In the Contact Centers, you can also settle matters related to fines from inspectors or validate your ticket. Among other services, the centers also offer the sale of additional products, such as promotional and souvenir items, timetables, and cycling maps. You can find the entire range on our e-shop.
