The IDS JMK Contact Centres solve questions about electronic prepaid tickets, provide travel advice and help find the most convenient connections. Contact centres with the ♿ pictogram are wheelchair accessible.

CONTACT CENTER OPERATIONS | COVID-19

Our IDS JMK contact centres are still available to you, but there are some restrictions

  • for mutual protection, wear a respirator of minimum category FFP2/KN95 when entering and at all times in the contact centres.
  • due to the limitation of the number of people in our contact centre a maximum of two people
  • disinfection is available at the entrance
  • our staff clean all surfaces as often as possible and take care to minimize physical contact
  • the area between contact centre staff and visitors is separated by a barrier
  • our contact centres continue to sell electronic tickets so that you can pay for your tickets securely - with a bank card
  • the contact centre in Vyškov and Boskovice enables sale of tickets via a window
