• Termination at the Bohunická stop is introduced due to the simultaneous closure of trams to Modřice.

• Selected connections will run on the extended Vozovna Komín – Česká – Jugoslávská route and then diverted to the Maloměřický most stop.

• On the Česká – Bystrc, Rakovecká route, it will be possible to use line 12, diverted due to the simultaneous closure of Kounicovy Street.

In order to maintain transfer links to lines 2 and 3, trolleybus line 27 and bus lines 55, 58, 78 and 201 from Stará osad will be extended to the Vojenská nemocnice stop.

• The extended route will lead from Stará osad via the Kuldova stops (the usual exit stop Židenice, nádraží), Židenice, nádraží (a public transport stop in the terminal) to Vojenská nemocnice (temporarily set up at the intersection of Lazaretní and Zábrdoviceká streets)

• In the opposite direction, lines will run from the Vojenská nemocnice stop (in the overtaking lane next to the tram stop for city lines and permanent stops in front of the Zábrdoviceká 14/16 buildings for line 201) via Kuldova (relocated about 100 meters ahead behind the railway bridge) back to Stará osad and then along the usual routes.

Bus line 64 will only run on the Chrlice, loop – Kuldova route and then divert to the Židenice, nádraží stop.

• From the Židenice, nádraží stop, it will go via the Vojenská nemocnice stop back to the Kuldova stop and then along the closed route along Gajdošová street back to Chrlice.

• Replacement transport in the Červený písek – Stará osada – Vojenská nemocnice section will be provided by the extraordinary bus line x64 introduced in connection with the closure on Zimní street.

• After the closure on Šámalově street ends (assumed end of May 2025), line 64 will return to the regular route in the affected section, so the Kuldova stop in the direction of Chrlice will not be served.

In connection with the closure, selected connections of line 25 will be extended all day to the Jírova stop, while selected connections of line 27 will end at Pálavské náměstí.

Night bus lines N97 and N99 will travel in the direction of the main railway station in the section Stará osada – Vojenská nemocnice with a diversion along Lazaretní Street.

• On the diversion route, they will also serve the Židenice, nádraží stop (public transport stop).

• They will serve the Kuldova and Vojenská nemocnice stops in both directions in shifted positions identical to the daytime lines.

• in the direction of Stará Osada, moved for bus lines about 100 meters forward behind the railway bridge

• in the direction of Vojenská nemocnice, established at the location of the current exit stop Židenice, station

• for the exit (lines 27, 55, 58, 78 and 201) and in the direction of the center (lines N97 and N99) established in front of the intersection of Lazaretní × Zábrdovická streets

• in the direction of Stará Osada, established for all city lines in the overtaking lane next to the tram stop, line 201 will serve a permanent stop in front of the building Zábrdovická 14/16
