Line 151 will run between the stops Měnín, u pomníku and Sokolnice, žel. st. via Telnice. With the exception of school connections, it skips Žatčany and Újezd u Brna. At the terminal Sokolnice, žel. departs in the direction to Újezd and Šlapanice from station 2 at the station building, and in the direction to Měnín and Židlochovice from station 3 (line 74 towards Brno).

Line 612 will run between the stops Nesvačilka and Sokolnice, žel. st. by diverting along the route of fast connections. The stop Žatčany, náves is relocated to the Sokolovka and is served by all connections. School connections run on the route Sokolnice, žel. st. - Újezd u Brna, škola - Žatčany, škola - Selected connections are routed via the Újezd u Brna, Revoluční stop as a replacement for connections of line 151.

The connection of the night bus line N95 with departure at 1:00 from the main railway station via Žatčany to Újezd u Brna will run in the section Telnice - Újezd u Brna, obecní úřad via Sokolnice.

It will thus skip the stops Měnín, křižovatka, Žatčany, u mlýna and Žatčany náves and will serve the stop Újezd u Brna, Revoluční on the diversion route.
