Bus line 44 will follow the regular route through Svatoplukova and Provazníkova streets.

- The Tomkovo náměstí stop will be served under the new bridge (joint stop with line 72 in the direction of Lesná).

Bus line 57 will run in the direction of Vinohrady from Tomkova náměstí along the new flyover leading to Rokytovy Street, in the direction of Lesná it will follow the current route along Svatoplukova and Provaznikova Streets.

- In the direction to Vinohrady, it will skip the Židenice, kasárna and Údolíček stops.

- In the direction of Lesná, it will follow the current route through Židenice and will serve the Tomkovo náměstí stop under the new bridge (a joint stop with line 72 in the direction of Lesná).

 Bus line 72 (service to Obřany will be renewed from 2 September 2024) will follow the current route in both directions along Valchařská Street.

 Bus line 75 will run in the direction to Obřany between the stops Židenice, barracks - Maloměřický most on Karlova Street, in the direction to Židenice between the stops Tomkovo náměstí - Stará osada on the new flyover.

- In the direction to Obřany it will no longer serve the Tomkovo náměstí stop, the Maloměřický most stop will be served at Selská Street. 

- In the direction to Stará osada it will skip the Židenice, barracks stop. On the diversion route, it will serve the Údolíček and Svatoplukova stops.

Bus line 84 will run between the stops Tomkovo náměstí - Stará osada on the new flyover leading to Rokytova Street.

- It will thus skip the Židenice, kasárna stop.

- On the diversion route it will serve the Údolíček and Svatoplukova stops.

The Karlova and Židenice, kasárna stops in the direction of the Old Settlement cannot be served within this stage.

All traffic measures for trolleybus lines already in force as of 1 June 2022 remain in force.
