Traffic restrictions at the Veveří × Minská junction in Brno

Due to repairs to the tram tracks, traffic will be restricted at the junction of Veveří, Minské and Mučednická streets from 7.00 am on Saturday 24 October 2026 until 8.00 pm on Sunday 25 October 2026.
Bus route 68 will run towards the Královo Pole shopping centre on the section between Náměstí Míru and Štefánikova via a diversion along Žabovřeská Street; in the direction of Náměstí Míru on the section between Tábor and Kounicovy koleje, it will run via a diversion along Králová Street.
• When travelling towards the Královo Pole shopping centre, it will not serve the Tábor stop; it will serve the Kounicovy koleje stop at a temporary location on Zeleného Street, past the junction with Gogolova Street; and it will serve the Klusáčkova stop at a temporary location on Tábor Street, past the junction with Kounicova Street. On the diversion route, it will serve the Jindřichova and Spojovací stops.
• In the direction of Náměstí Míru, it will serve the Tábor stop at the pavement next to the tram island, and the Kounicovy koleje stop at its relocated position on Králová Street at the junction with Březinová Street.
• At the Jindřichova, Spojovací and Klusáčkova stops, it will be possible to change to the replacement bus service for tram line x3.
The N89 night bus service travelling towards Kníničky will follow a diversion via Žabovřeská Street on the section between Náměstí Míru and Jindřichova.
• In this direction, it will therefore not serve the Spojovací stop; it will serve the Kounicovy koleje stop at its alternative location on Zeleného Street, beyond the junction with Gogolova Street; and it will serve the Jindřichova stop at its alternative location on Zborovská Street, before the junction with Jindřichova Street.
• In the opposite direction, it will serve the Kounicovy koleje stop at its temporary location on Králova Street at the junction with Březinová Street.
Tram services on Veveří Street will be suspended from 7.00 am on Saturday 24 October until 4.00 pm on Sunday 25 October 2026 as part of the closure at Konečného Square.
