From January 2, 2025, the following opening hours will apply to the IDS JMK Contact Center in Brno:
Mon–Fri 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Sat 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
Sun 8:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
