Tram service to Líšeň suspended

Due to track replacement works, tram services in Líšeň will be suspended from the first services on Wednesday 28 October 2026 until the end of service on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Tram line 8 will only operate on the route Bohunice Hospital – Novolíšeňská.
• It will therefore not serve the stops at Masarova, Kotlanova, Jírova and Mifkova.
Replacement transport will be provided by regular trolleybus and bus routes 25, 27 and 55, supplemented by additional services on routes P25 and P55.
• Route P25 (south side of the housing estate) will run along the route Novolíšeňská – Bartákova – Rotreklova – Jírova.
• Route P55 (north side of the housing estate) will run along the route Novolíšeňská – Vlkova – Houbalova – Elplova – Horníkova – Podbělová – Molákova – Jírova.
When travelling from the city centre to stops on the northern side of the housing estate, we recommend walking to the Vlkova stop once the tram arrives at Novolíšeňská, as lines 55 and P55 both depart from there at the same time.
