There is no direct connection to the Automotodrom. 

You can take bus lines 401 and 402, which run alternately every hour on weekends. Bus 402 departs at 8:58, 10:58, and 12:58; you can take it to the Popůvky, Vintrovna stop and transfer there to one of the free bus lines to the Automotodrom (ask the driver of bus 402 for a 2-zone ticket for 25 Kč). Alternatively, you can take Line 401, which departs from Říčany at 7:58, 9:58, and 11:58. However, you’ll need to ride it all the way to Bohunice Hospital and transfer there to a free bus to the Automotodrom. Although you’ll need a 3-zone ticket for 33 Kč, we recommend taking this route because you’ll avoid traffic jams around the Automotodrom and won’t have to board the crowded free shuttle bus. 

Please note that during the races, Line 402 will not run to the Automotodrom as per the standard schedule.
