From 18 to 31 October 2025, due to the partial closure of the road II/379 in Svinošice, line 152 will run both ways through the village of Svinošice.

Svinošice towards Blansko - stop on the main road without service, all connections of line 152 will serve the substitute stop Svinošice, náves;
Svinošice towards Kuřim - stop on the main road without service, stop relocated to the position opposite the stop Svinošice, náves.
