All IDS JMK contact centers are closed, except for the ticket offices at the Brno Contact Center and the Znojmo Contact Center.

Brno Contact Center (ticket office): 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (no break)

Znojmo Contact Center: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM–12:45 PM)
