From 18 August to 8 September 2025 line 333 only in the direction from Tišnov to Lomnička runs via the village Železné. From the railway station, all connections run along Janáčková - Dvořáčková - Riegrova - Černohorská Street through Železné to Lomnička and then along their route. On the diversionary route, they will stop at the Tišnov, Riegrova u gymnázia stop (as a replacement for the Kukýrna stop), then they will serve Tišnov, Nový hřbitov (as a replacement for the Tišnov, Lomnická stop) and in Lomnička the connections leading to Šerkovice will stop at the Tišnov, Nový hřbitov stop. Lomnička, ObÚ in a relocated position. Line 333 will thus skip the stop Tišnov, Nádražní. It does not serve the directional stops in Železný.

Line 333 in the direction to Tišnov follows its route but does not serve the stops Lomnická and Kukýrna, which are located in the middle of the construction.
